With over 20 years of real estate appraisal experience, Mr. Patocka has worked with lenders, asset managers, private investors, attorneys, and public agencies across numerous property types nationwide. Prior to founding Secured VAS, he worked as a Senior Appraiser at Joseph J. Blake & Associates. He graduated from the University of California Los Angeles and is a Certified General Appraiser in the State of California.
